Cyprus West University
Cyprus West University is a non-profit university located in Famagusta, Northern Cyprus was established in 2015. Cyprus West University has 5 faculties, 3 schools, and 20 different undergraduate and associate programs are offered in English and Turkish Languages. Cyprus West University is recognized by YÖK, Turkish Republic Higher Education Board and YÖDAK, The Higher Education Planning, Evaluation, Accreditation and coordination Council of Northern Cyprus, and approved by TRNC Ministry of National Education and Culture.
The Cyprus West University is committed to providing services to the society with self-confident students and academic staff who have social responsibility within the light of individual thinking and open to interdisciplinary approach also who can contribute to science, artistic production, and technological innovations at the national and international level.
The basic values of the Cyprus West University are to contribute to social welfare through construct libertarian, participatory and project-based knowledge that respects beliefs and diversities. In its relationship with all social shareholders, the Cyprus West University adopts transparent, accountable, respectful, flexible and bi-directional communication. Cyprus West University regardless of time and conditions, advocates the supremacy of science and technology, arguing for the independence and autonomy of education and training activities in all political and economic areas. Transportations
Cyprus West University is only 25 minutes away from the Ercan Airport. Also, it is very close to Nicosia and Kyrenia and they are famous for natural historical beauties and beaches.
Parking
Parking lots available on the west side of the campus. The parking is available 24 hours with 24hours security. We make sure that everything is under control.

Student Clubs - Services
The university is providing many services for students benefits. For instance; student development and counseling center, health center, psychological counseling, and guidance center. These units aim to enable students to cope with the challenges of university life, to improve their knowledge and skills and to live the university and campus life in the most efficient way. Also, there are different kinds of students’ clubs as free of charge. These student clubs are a great way to meet new people, different cultures and have fun on campus.

Living Expenses
The cost of living in North Cyprus will depend on student’s standard of living, but in general, it is around $300 – $500 per month (excluding tuition fees, textbooks, and accommodation).
Library
Library provides easy access to the world-wide academic resources, and provide study environment for student and academic staff with modern infrastructure. The library gives importance to continuous development as an absolute necessity. It encourages scientific research and information literacy at the university. The library offers materials in the form of print and electronic collections and online access to the research databases. In addition, membership is free.
